- The ground-floor bedroom opens directly to a private patio, allowing guests to step outside and enjoy the fresh air. This room comes with an attached en-suite full bathroom, complete with hot water, and large windows that fill the space with natural light and offer peaceful views of the lush surroundings.
- The second bedroom, located on the upper floor, features an en-suite full bathroom with hot water, as well as large windows that let in plenty of natural light and provide serene views of the greenery outside. It offers a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding in a comfortable and private space.
- The third bedroom, also on the upper floor, featuring a private balcony with panoramic views of the surrounding greenery. It includes an en-suite bathroom with hot water, and large windows that ensure the room is flooded with natural light, providing a tranquil and airy atmosphere.

Things to know
- The property is located about 2 hours from Pune and 4 hrs from Mumbai, and the nearest grocery stores are at least 20 minutes away, so bringing your own snacks, drinks, and medicines is recommended.
- The kitchen is available for light reheating or baby food. We provide home-cooked Maharashtrian meals prepared by the caretaker upon request.
- Check-in time is 1:00 pm, and check-out is by 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval.
- Mobile network coverage may be limited due to the remote location, but Wi-Fi with speeds of 30-40 Mbps is available.
- Being in a natural setting, insects and mosquitoes are common in the evening. It’s best to keep windows and doors closed after dusk.
- The property has an inverter backup that supports essential lights and fans, but heavy appliances may not work during power cuts.
- Hot water is available through a solar heating system, and backup geysers are provided, but heating may take some time during colder or cloudy weather.
- There is no AC in the bedrooms, but air coolers are provided for comfort during warmer months.
- Do not feed the monkeys in the surroundings otherwise there will be many of them around causing trouble
