The neighbourhood offers hiking trails and other adventure activities. The villa is also pet-friendly. Come & escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The Space
Bedrooms
- There are 3 luxuriously decorated bedrooms in this bungalow to offer maximum Comfort One on the ground floor and other two on the first floor.
- Each room is equipped with a Queen size bed, space for extra mattresses, and a view of the Mountains from every window.
- Bedrooms 1 & 2 have an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and WC.
- Bedrooms 2 & 3 have private balconies that boasts stunning view of the mountains and Torna Fort.
- All bathrooms have a water heater, towels, and basic toiletries available.
Living Room
- Bring your whole gang together in the spacious living room that can accommodate 16 guests.
- Lounge in cozy sofas and bingewatch your favorite show on the 64inch TV with cable.
- Given the location of the house and the Spacious, Stylish and Luxurious interiors make the living room breezy.
- Kitchen & Dining
- Dine with a scenic view of the Historic Torna Fort from the outdoor patio dining for 1216 guests.
- The kitchen is well equipped with crockery, glasses, and cutlery available for all the guests.
- A refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, kettle, purified RO drinking water, and gas is available.
- Kitchen usage by guests is not allowed except for making baby food or tea/coffee.

- Enjoy an alfresco dining experience at the spacious balcony and terrace with open kitchen
- The modern kitchen is well equipped with crockery, glasses, and cutlery available for all the guests.
- A refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, kettle, purified RO drinking water, and gas is available.
- Kitchen usage by guests is not allowed except for making baby food or tea/coffee.
During your stay
- Enjoy the surreal views of the mountains from every corner of the house.
- A large shaded terrace perfect for sunrise yoga or golden sundowners.
- A full setup of Open Air Projector and Screen with seating of up to 16 people for meetings and to indulge in a movie night along with your buddies or loved ones.
- Selfcatered BBQ and bonfires can be arranged on prior request during the dry months of winter and summer ONLY.
- Wind down in the hammock, swing, or lie down on the lawn to watch the stars.
- The living room opens up to a patio where you can enjoy board games or work with a garden view.
- To keep the adults and children entertained, we have Jenga, cards, sequence, and other games.
- You can go for a Trek to Torna Fort or visit Madhe Ghat Waterfall.
- Basic toiletries, fresh linen, and towels are provided during your stay.
Things to Know
- The house is surrounded by greenery and hence post sunset a lot of moths and insects may enter the house if doors are kept open. You must keep windows and doors closed to avoid insects entering inside.
- Kitchen usage by guests is NOT allowed except for making baby food or Light Snacks.
- As the house is located in a rural area it is bound to have frequent electrical fluctuations, especially in monsoons. There is a diesel generator which will power all appliances. Genset needs a cooldown period of 30 minutes between 3 hours to avoid breakdown.
- We also have an inverter that will power all appliances except AC, microwave, and Fridge.
- The nearest shops are in Velhe that is 30 min away but good quality items are not available. So, we advise our guests to carry all necessary items from the city.
- Wifi provided has a 2GB daily data limit and may slow down if too many devices are connected and usage is heavy.
