If you want a child friendly villa, that’s perfect for the whole family, then you’ll be just as happy. With a private pool, rain dance, garden, this home offers you plenty of space to relax and unwind. For those balmy evenings when only alfresco eating will do, there is a BBQ to satisfy your inner caveman!
The Space
Bedrooms
- There are 2 bedrooms in this villa - both on the same level.
- Each room is equipped with AC, comfortable bed, space for extra mattress
- Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom and Bedrooms 2 has a bathroom just outside the door.
- Both bathrooms have hot water,WC, towels, and basic toiletries available.
Living Room
- Lounge in cozy sofas and enjoy your favorite shows on the TV with cable.
- The living room has a view of the pool and garden.
Kitchen & Dining
- There is an extended full kitchen with the living room.
- The kitchen is well equipped with crockery, glasses, and cutlery available for all the guests.
- A refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, kettle, purified RO drinking water, and gas is available.
- Kitchen usage by guests is not allowed except for making baby food or tea/coffee.
During your stay
- Make a splash in your very own private pool with a shallow kids pool.
- A beautiful lawn area for lawn games or barefeet walks.
- A covered gazebo sitout with outdoor furniture and pool view
- Self-catered BBQ and bonfires can be arranged on prior request during the dry months of winter and summer ONLY.
- Rain dance area adjacent to the swimming pool
- The living room opens up to a deck where you can enjoy al fresco breakfast with a pool and garden view.
- We have plenty of board games to keep adults and children entertained.
- You can drive to Mulshi dam or Lavasa city, both are 30-45 mins drive from the villa.
- Basic toiletries, fresh linen, and towels are provided during your stay.
Things to Know
- The house is surrounded by trees and hence post sunset a lot of moths and insects may enter the house if doors are kept open. You must keep windows and doors closed to avoid insects entering inside.
- The neighborhood fruits and vegetable farm is NOT our premises and inaccessible by our guests. Please do not try to enter as there are guard dogs in their premises.
- Kitchen usage by guests is NOT allowed except for making baby food or tea/coffee.
- No lifeguard on duty. Children must be attended by elders during all times around the pool and nearby areas.
- As the house is located in city outskirts it is bound to have frequent electrical fluctuations, especially in monsoons. There is an inverter backup which will power only lights and fans.
- The house is located near an industrial area. There may be occasional machinery noises around.
