- Two of the bedrooms feature ensuite washrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for our guests.
- All bedrooms come equipped with a double-sized bed and space to accommodate an extra mattress, ensuring flexibility for different guest needs.
- To ensure a comfortable climate, each bathroom is equipped with a ceiling fan. The lighting in the rooms is warm and inviting, complemented by minimal decor.
- All the bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe, providing ample space for storage.
- For those who wish to relax by the window, two of our bedrooms offer window side seating, where guests can enjoy uninterrupted views of the mountains and fort.
- Natural light floods each bedroom, ensuring a bright and cheerful atmosphere throughout the day.

- The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances including a fridge, water purifier, and gas cylinder.
- While elaborate cooking isn't permitted, guests can whip up basic necessities like tea, coffee, or baby food.
- The kitchen cabinets house serving bowls, casseroles, and other essentials, ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
- We offer in-house meals on prior request of 24 hrs for those who want to enjoy a more elaborate meal.

- A short 5-minute drive will take you to a neighboring farm where you can enjoy evening tea or hold private celebrations in a spacious gazebo.
- Pay homage to the great Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj by visiting our beautifully crafted statue, complete with a historic cannon, as a tribute to the legendary king.
Things to Know
- The vast green surroundings of the property mean that after sunset, moths and other insects might be attracted to the lights of the house. It's advised to keep doors and windows closed during this time to prevent them from coming inside.
- While the serenity of the location is its charm, only Jio cellular network has reception here. Guests might need to plan their communications accordingly.
- Kitchen privileges are limited. Guests are kindly requested not to use the main kitchen but are free to prepare light snacks or baby food if needed.
- Given our rural setting, power fluctuations can be a norm. Rest assured, we have a generator in place that can power all appliances, excluding the geysers.
- Though we strive to ensure uninterrupted power, the generator requires a cooldown period to function optimally. After every 3 hours of operation, it will need a 30-minute rest to avoid any breakdowns.
- While the house doesn't feature air conditioning, the natural surroundings and architectural design ensure a cool and pleasant atmosphere throughout the day.
- For all your connectivity needs, we provide WiFi. However, there's a daily data cap, so judicious use is encouraged to ensure consistent speeds. Heavy usage or multiple device connections might slow it down.
- For any shopping needs or essentials, please be informed that options might be limited in the vicinity. We recommend guests to bring along any specific items they might require during their stay.
