The Space
Bedrooms
- This villa features four beautifully designed bedrooms, each with unique amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.
- Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor.
- Bedroom 1 includes an attached lawn and garden sit-out, providing a serene outdoor space.
- The second ground floor bedroom does not have a balcony but is equally comfortable and well-furnished.
- The third bedroom, located on the upper floor, features a balcony with a stunning view of Mulshi Dam and a covered sit-out area for relaxation.
- The fourth bedroom also has a double-sized bed and an open balcony offering breathtaking views of the mountains and Mulshi Dam.
- Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 are furnished with queen-sized beds, while bedroom 4 has a double-sized bed.
- All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and en-suite full bathrooms with hot water facilities.
- Rooms are aesthetically designed with duvets, fresh linens, pillows, and provided with abundant natural light to create a bright and airy atmosphere.

- The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, and essential utensils. It provides a comfortable space for quick and easy meal preparations.
- Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy dining area, set up to accommodate guests comfortably. The dining table is equipped with plates, cutlery, and glasses provided for up to 14 guests, ensuring everyone has what they need for an enjoyable meal.
- For those who enjoy dining al fresco, tables and chairs can be arranged on the lower deck, allowing guests to soak up the sun while enjoying their breakfast or any other meal outdoors. This setup provides a delightful outdoor dining experience in the fresh air.

Things to Know
- Please be aware that there is an adjoining villa with a private pool and game room. There is no compound separating the two properties, so we kindly ask our guests to respect the boundaries and not access the neighboring villa's facilities. Staying within our premises is essential.
- Power outages can occur in rural areas, especially during the monsoon season. Our diesel generator will ensure all appliances remain functional, but please note it requires a 30-minute cooldown period between consecutive uses.
- The Wifi provided is a JIO sim-based router with a daily data limit. We offer one complimentary top-up recharge per day if the limit is exhausted. Please be mindful that connecting too many devices may slow down the internet speed.
- There are 20 steps leading from the parking lot to the villa without railings on the sides. Please take care while using these steps.
- Our home is nestled in lush greenery. To prevent insects from entering, we request that guests keep doors and windows closed after sunset. Remember, this is their habitat too.
- Guests may use the kitchen for preparing baby food or making tea/coffee, but heavy cooking is not permitted.
- Given the natural surroundings, moths and insects are common after sunset. Please keep windows and doors shut or use the provided bug screens to keep them out.
- The indoor fountain will be turned on upon guest request and will operate for specific times to conserve water resources.
