The Space
Bedrooms
- Bedroom 1: A spacious room with a king-size bed, high ceilings, and tasteful decor. It features a large window with sunset views and is equipped with a bug net for fresh air without the pests. There’s ample space to place an extra mattress for a third guest.
- Bedroom 2: This serene bedroom also features a king-size bed and a sunset-facing window fitted with a bug net. Like Bedroom 1, it has high ceilings, cozy interiors, and space for an additional mattress if needed.
- Bedroom 3: A charming king-bed suite with warm aesthetic details, large windows with bug nets, and a peaceful vibe. It’s ideal for couples or small families, and has enough room to accommodate an extra mattress comfortably.
- Each bedroom comes with its own en suite full bathroom fitted with a Western-style WC, hot water, and modern fittings, ensuring privacy and convenience.
- All rooms are located on the ground floor with no steps, making them ideal for elderly guests or those with accessibility needs.
- Thoughtfully designed with natural light, calming tones, and quality furnishings, these bedrooms create a luxurious yet grounded stay experience in the heart of nature.

- Guests have access to a microwave for reheating and a fully stocked tea/coffee corner with an electric kettle and filtered RO water.
- Though meals are home-cooked and served, guests may use the kitchen for light prep, reheating, or making a quick beverage.

Things to Know
- The last 200-meter approach road is rugged, but cars can safely reach the property. Village roads are narrow but in good condition.
- Cellular network is limited and WiFi is not available. Jio works well, while Airtel and Vodafone offer mild 4G signal outdoors.
- Being close to a reservoir and surrounded by nature, expect mosquitoes, ants, and insects—especially after sunset. Keep windows and doors closed in the evening.
- Local grocery shops and restaurants are 7–8 km away. Guests are advised to carry personal medications, snacks, and beverages.
- The bungalow has an inverter that powers lights and fans for up to 8 hours during power cuts. Heavy appliances like ACs and fridges are not supported.
- Food orders must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute arrangements are not possible; otherwise, guests will need to dine at nearby restaurants in Pawna.
- During monsoon, the seasonal waterfall flows strongly. Rocks around it can be slippery—caution is advised when exploring.
- Kitchen is available for reheating, baby food, and tea/coffee preparation only. Elaborate cooking is not permitted.
- Caretaker stays 5 minutes away and is available to assist until 10 PM each day during your stay.
